Friday Faves

2 mins read

Hello hello and happy Friday.

Today we arrive home from Italy and Spain with our not-so-little Smudge in tow. Once we’ve slept off our flight, I know we are going to feel like a complete family with her home again. At least for a week. Then she may be ready to hit the road and be rid of her “doting” parental units :). Until then, I’ll be thrilled in relishing all the Smudge-time I can.

One thing I will not be getting over any time soon is the good food we enjoyed on our Italian/España adventure. While walking through the Mercado de la Boqueria, I spied another couple eating the clams pictured above and had to have them. We pulled up a spot and slurped to our hearts content. Now I want to make my steamed clams again as soon as we get home. So dang good.

But first, onto this week’s Friday Faves. Goodnight.
